Ghost of Tsushima: How to Get Gold in Archery Challenges

Archery Challenges are a new activity in Ghost of TsushimaThe expansion of Iki Island.

In archery challenges, players race against the clock to hit all targets in enough time to unlock bronze, silver, or gold. Each level adds 0.1 seconds to the Focus Charm you unlock for earning at least a bronze medal on your first archery challenge.

Getting gold in archery challenges is a big request, you have to hit all targets in 7 seconds, but it’s impossible.

The most important tool for archery challenges is the Concentration technique, which you should have unlocked during the main campaign. Concentration is found under Evolving Tactics and allows you to press R3 to slow down time while aiming with your bow.

Apart from this technique, you definitely want to learn Tadayori Armor if you haven’t already, then upgrade it to max. The armor, which can be unlocked by completing the Mythic Tale “The Legend of Tadayori”, allows you to nock (basically the time it takes to fully fire the arrow back for maximum accuracy) and reload 30% faster, and also increases concentration time by 2 seconds.

There are also charms that can help you shoot targets faster.

The above Focus Charm will add 0.1 seconds of focus with each level you clear, which means it will improve as you complete archery challenges.

The best way to get gold in these archery challenges is to just practice, learn the fastest routes, and accept that you might not be successful with every shot on the first one. blow. Use Focus with R3 to make it easier for you to hit more distant targets without wasting as much time, and remember to also aim slightly above those that are particularly high or appear further away to compensate for the drop.
